Every year the British Film Institute’s London Film Festival serves up a feast of film across independent cinemas in London. Watch the latest features, documentaries, short films, animation and more.
The BFI Film Festival showcases the best films from around the world at venues across London from mainstream Hollywood fare to experimental, avant-garde cinema. You’ll also find a full programme of talks, workshops and events.
See Julianne Moore or Clive Owen give talks about their work or Nick Park, the creator of Wallace and Gromit. There’ll also be a programme of free outdoor screenings from the BFI National Archive in Trafalgar Square.
The BFI is located on the south bank of the River Thames next to the Royal Festival Hall, National Theatre and the Hayward Gallery. It shows the very best in British and international cinema, unearths classics and has seasons showcasing different directors, actors and genres.
